Advanced Women’s Care

Advanced Women’s Care came to us with a dilemma of how best to keep scaling as they acquired practices in the women’s care field. The process to add individual practices, providers and services was not a simple process. They needed someone who better understood WordPress and its capabilities, to harness the tools to make this a breeze for their team in the future. 

We also helped them with cleanup and creating a well planned out site. They wanted a warmer feel that would be cohesive for visitors, help them know what next steps were to make an appointment, offer more capabilities to filter providers, locations, and make it so they didn’t have to keep creating and managing so many forms on their site. 

With some Advanced Custom Fields setups, and a warmer, more inviting design, with lots of calls to action throughout, this new site helps the offices they are acquiring to feel like they still matter, their identities aren’t being lost, and each office is unique in their providers, reviews, and their forms are easier and partly prefilled with the correct information before a patient even lands on their site. 

Adding offices and providers is simple for all team members to do now, they don’t need advanced skills to load them onto the site and make everything look great. Templates that feed in the information in a uniform way have saved the day!
